Enda is the Manager of the UAS Division for the Irish Aviation Authority. He has worked in aviation for over a decade as an Airspace Regulator, Instrument Fight Procedure Designer and Military Air Traffic Controller.

He has a passion for drones and their potential for society. His mission is to promote and regulate the industry, to maximise competitive and socio-economic benefits, while ensuring the highest level of safety, security, and protection for the State.

Enda has extensive military leadership experience both at home & overseas, having retired from the Irish Defence Forces as a Captain, where he served in both the Air Corps & Infantry. Early in his career he worked as a Software Engineer and retains a strong interest in cryptography & A.I.
