Gemma has been involved in the sale and acquisition of companies across numerous sectors.  Gemma acts for corporate clients and advises on shareholders agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and venture capital and private equity investments.  She also has ample experience supporting early stage and growth companies with their legal needs.
