Graham Brennan is the Head of Vehicle Standards with the Road Safety AuthorityHis group is responsible for developing and implementing vehicle legislation at national, EU and UN levels and ensuring manufacturers comply with relevant standardsVehicle Standards are the market surveillance authority for road vehicles ensuring vehicles are safe for people and the environmentThey develop the test procedures used in the national car test programmePrior to joining RSA, Graham worked for Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland developing the Electric Vehicle, Ocean Energy and Renewable Energy R&D ProgrammesHe also worked for Rolls-Royce Aircraft Engines and is graduate of Cranfield University and University of Galway.
