Hugh McGrath is a Chartered Engineer and a Senior Transportation Engineer with Limerick City & County Council since 2018. He was recently appointed as Head of Strategy & Delivery for the Transport and Mobility Directorate. 

With over 30 years experience in public works Infrastructure development, Hugh has worked in every sector of public sector Transportation from Capital Project Planning and Design to Delivery and Operations, including Traffic and Fleet Management. 

Implementation of European and National Strategy in respect of the significant change in approach towards mobility and transport solutions is a key priority for Limerick as one of the countries cities..
