Peadar is responsible for TIER’s operations in Ireland including business performance, rider experience and community impact. Over the last 18 months in Ireland, Peadar has launched three public multi-modal schemes in Limerick , Navan and Fingal County as well as safely operating thousands of e-bike and e-scooter trips at Dublin City University without incident. Peadar chairs TIER’s Irish Safety Board with expert advisers such as NCBI and Irish Wheelchair Association, has collaborated with Smart Dublin, innovated with Enterprise Ireland-backed Luna Systems on cutting-edge safety solutions and supported the integration of TIER within the FREE NOW and Payzone applications. Previously Peadar worked as an Engineer for 8 years in multiple roles including the Safety Component Lead for Jaguar Land Rover’s first all electric vehicle which achieved a 5 star EU safety rating. In 2018 he moved to Uber, where he held a leadership role and was the Director for Uber Eats Ireland. He was responsible for launching and running Uber’s food delivery business in Ireland.
