Head of Public Policy and Sustainability TIER

Jinél leads TIER's global Central Public Policy, Public Procurement, and Sustainability team. She leads TIER's public affairs effort in contributing to sustainable and smart cities and communities across the globe. She is passionate about accelerating the transition to zero emissions transport and helping cities achieve their smart city objectives. She holds a Masters Degree in International Relations from Freie Universität Berlin and a Masters in Development Studies from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.
